The Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy ("JGJPP") at Regent University School of Law is seeking submissions for Volume 9, Number 2. Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis.
The JGJPP receives submissions through Scholastica or by email at jgjpp@mail.regent.edu. The JGJPP anticipates most articles to be between 20,000 and 35,000 words, including footnotes; and book reviews and comments to be approximately 15,000 words, including footnotes.
The JGJPP is Regent University School of Law's premier academic journal presenting original legal research related to the study of international human rights. The Journal features articles, notes, case comments, and book reviews submitted by prominent authors, practitioners, and students. The JGJPP actively solicits manuscripts that address international law, global justice, the rule of law, public policy (foreign and domestic), international relations and diplomacy, comparative law, and decisions adopted by the European Court of Human Rights, the International Court of Justice, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and the International Criminal Court.
