The Journal of Dispute Resolution (JDR) is accepting articles for its Summer 2023 Volume. The Journal of Dispute Resolution is a student-edited, academic journal published on a semi-annual basis (January and June) by the University of Missouri School of Law in conjunction with the Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution. JDR contains articles written by nationally prominent authors and students on a wide variety of topics in the field of dispute resolution. JDR was established in 1984 and is recognized as a leading legal publication in the area of alternative dispute resolution. JDR welcomes submissions related to alternative dispute resolution topics such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, ombuds, early neutral evaluation, and restorative justice. All submissions will be reviewed promptly and publication offers will be made on a rolling basis. All article should be typewritten in Microsoft Word and double-spaced. The Journal of Dispute Resolution requires that footnotes be in conformity with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citations (21st ed. 2020). Submissions are encouraged via Scholastica or by email at jdr@missouri.edu.
