The Journal of Corporation Law is now seeking article submissions for our upcoming Volume 49, to be published over the 2023–24 cycle. The Journal of Corporation Law is the nation’s oldest student-published legal periodical specializing in corporate law. We only consider articles that fall generally within the nexus of corporate law or business law for publication. Please make your submission via Scholastica.
