IP Theory, founded in 2010, is an online, peer-edited, open-access intellectual property law publication. It is part of the Center for Intellectual Property Research (CIPR) at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. In addition to publishing articles conventionally published in law journals, IP Theory serves as a new forum for essays and opinion pieces that are more concise (and more lightly footnoted) than typical law review articles.
As it embarks to publish its eleventh volume, IP Theory would like to invite authors to submit for consideration their articles, comments, essays, or opinion pieces related to intellectual property. For more information on the types of pieces IP Theory publishes, please visit its website.
