The University of San Francisco's Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal (IPTLJ) is now accepting submissions for our spring issue, Volume 27, Issue 2.
Submissions close on December 30, 2022.
As the birthplace of the McCarthy Institute, USF and the IPTLJ have long been at the forefront of developments in intellectual property and technology law. We strive to publish high-quality scholarship and feature diverse voices that bring new perspectives to IP law.
The Journal's goal is to publish works that are at the cutting edge of academic discourse and policy while remaining accessible to the educated reader. We are interested in articles that explore traditional IP topics in addition to novel perspectives on privacy law and new technologies.
Please submit through Scholastica, and contact us at usf.iptlj@gmail.com with questions.
We look forward to reviewing your submission.
