IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property is accepting submissions for Issues 1 and 2 of Volume 63, to publish in Fall/Winter 2022-23.
For over 50 years, IDEA has published articles on legal topics relating to patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, general intellectual property, and law and technology issues from around the world. We are committed to our mission to be recognized worldwide as the premier intellectual property publication providing practical articles which address new, controversial, and potential developments in intellectual property and related fields.
