Our Journal is now accepting submissions of articles addressing emerging legal issues in business, technology, and the arts. Topics include, but are not limited to: new technology and regulatory/policy compliance, privacy/data security, licensing, e-commerce, entertainment and the arts, copyright, trademark, patents, trade secrets, and corporate law. Articles are meant to be read by a wide audience and should be supported with citations when needed. Authors should have, or should be pursuing, a J.D., but need not currently be a practicing attorney (i.e., venture capital, consulting, entrepreneur, etc.). The writing and editing pre-publication process involves a consistent back and forth with our journal team - to define the topic's scope, make organizational edits, check citations, etc. We look forward to reviewing your submissions.
