The Drake Journal of Agricultural Law invites you to submit articles or essays for Vol. 29.1 to be published in the Spring of 2023. We are particularly looking for pieces that relate to economics surrounding agriculture and the environment, or policy surrounding the two.
Submission Guidelines
The Drake Journal of Agricultural Law is currently accepting articles from legal scholars and practitioners. We are seeking articles related to agricultural and environmental law. We are looking for submissions in the 10,000-25,000 word range ("articles") but are open to submissions between 3,000 - 9,000 words ("essays").
Submission Deadlines
Please submit your article manuscript and curricula vitae through Scholastica or email by Friday December 15, 2023, 5:00 p.m. CST. Publication offers will be distributed to authors via Scholastica or email on a rolling basis but no later than Friday December 22, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. CST.

The Drake Journal of Agricultural Law is dedicated to the review of legal issues affecting the agricultural industry by providing a forum to explore international and domestic agricultural law. Its focus, though rooted in agriculture, extends into many related areas including environmental, corporate, immigration, employment/labor, and intellectual property law.
