The Hastings Environmental Law Journal is excited to invite authors to exclusively submit articles related to all sectors of environmental law for an expedited decision by July 6, 2022. Articles submitted from June 24-July 1, 2022 will receive a guaranteed, expedited publication decision by July 6, 2022.
Authors should also commit to publishing the manuscript in the Volume 29 Winter Edition of Hastings Environmental Law Journal if accepted before July 6, 2022.
