As the nation’s oldest environmental law journal, Environmental Law is dedicated to remaining at the forefront of environmental legal study. The student leadership of the journal seeks to use its position as a premier legal forum to shift the environmental discourse in a direction that fosters diversity, inclusivity, and creativity. As such, Environmental Law is now seeking submissions that address the intersection of climate change, social, racial, public health, and environmental justice issues. The journal especially encourages authors of color, women, and Indigenous authors to submit. Interested authors with questions can email our Submission Editors at envtlsubmissions@lclark.edu. Articles will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis until the issue is filled.
We anticipate production to begin in January 2023, with publication in Summer 2023.
