The Duquesne Law Review is now accepting submissions for our 63rd Volume. There are no restrictions on article topics, but the Executive Board will give special attention to articles that discuss novel subject matter, including but not limited to issues of law and technology, social justice issues, or critical case law in Pennsylvania and/or federal courts. Successful submissions can expect to be published in the Duquesne Law Review between May and June of 2025.
Submission Guidelines
- The Duquesne Law Review requests that all articles submitted have a minimum word count of 7,500 words.
- Co-authorship is permissible; please submit an updated curriculum vitae and/or resume for each author.
