The Corporate and Business Law Journal at Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law ("CABLJ") is seeking manuscripts for its upcoming Summer edition. We are reviewing submissions on a daily basis and are processing decisions on an expedited timeline.
Submission Guidelines: We welcome submissions related to the corporate and business law space. Topic areas include: corporate governance, securities regulation, capital market regulation, state and federal tax, bankruptcy and restructuring, private equity, public finance, contracts, employment law, business litigation, and the law of mergers and acquisitions. CABLJ publishes two issues each year (Winter and Summer). All submissions should be made through Scholastica. CABLJ will consider student pieces on a case-by-case basis. Text and footnotes should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed. 2015). Submissions are reviewed on a rolling cycle until all available slots are filled.
