The Buffalo Human Rights Law Review (BHRLR) is celebrating its 25th anniversary volume with an early submission opportunity! Ahead of the August submission period, the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review will be accepting submissions from June 1-June 30, closing for the month of July, and reopening for the regular submission period. We hope that the early submission will encourage authors to possibly secure an offer ahead of the regular submission period.
BHRLR focuses on the interdisciplinary study of international human rights law. Founded in 1994 as the Buffalo Journal of International Law, the BHRLR was renamed in 1997 to better reflect the journal's projects and relationship to the International Law Concentration and the Buffalo Human Rights Center.
The 25th anniversary edition will give preference to articles surrounding gender issues, both abroad and domestic, but we are accepting submissions of any kind.
To submit, please send your article manuscript in Microsoft Word format, along with your CV and a cover letter through Scholastica, or email them to buffalohrlr@gmail.com. Please title the subject line "25th Anniversary June Submission."
We look forward to reading your submissions!
