Dear Authors,
The Brooklyn Law Review is currently accepting submissions for Issue 3 of Volume 87 for publication in spring of 2022. Authors selected for publication will be expected to begin the editing process in early September.
Submission Requirements
For this cycle, the Brooklyn Law Review will not consider articles written by student authors or articles in excess of 20,000 words and/or 250 footnotes. Manuscripts must be typed in Microsoft Word format, 12-point font, double-spaced, and with footnotes rather than endnotes. Footnotes must be single-spaced and in 10-point font. Authors must include a copy of their current resume or curriculum vitae.

The Brooklyn Law Review is a general-interest scholarly journal of analysis and commentary that covers a broad range of current U.S. legal issues. The journal is published quarterly by Brooklyn Law School and is aimed at jurists, practitioners, and scholars.
