The Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review (“ECGAR”) is currently accepting submissions for Volume 12 of our fall 2024 issue!
Unlike traditional print journals, ECGAR will distribute its content exclusively on the Emory Law Scholarly Commons, a digital institutional repository managed by Emory University School of Law. External contributors, such as law professors, judges, practitioners, etc., are welcome to submit works of varying lengths, including full-length law review articles. The journal will release periodic “issues” in PDF format. These issues will be formatted and paginated to resemble a print journal and will showcase selected external submissions along with the most outstanding student pieces! Due to this capability, ECGAR can expedite the publication process, ensuring the author’s manuscript topics are disseminated before similar journals or are preempted.
Requirements:
(1) We prefer to receive submissions via Scholastica. However, we also encourage any authors for whom submission through Scholastica might be a financial burden to submit via e-mail to ecgar@emory.edu.
(2) Please, submit your article and current CV. Ensure that all footnotes adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020). Manuscripts should not exceed 50,000 words, including footnotes.
(3) Manuscript topics should be relevant to corporate governance to ensure alignment with the scope and focus of our publication.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at ecgar@emory.edu!
Sincerely,
Malinda Sees
