Call for Submissions - The Santa Clara Journal of International Law

The Santa Clara Journal of International Law is currently reviewing submissions for our upcoming volume.
The Journal accepts manuscripts that provide academic discourse in the field of international and comparative legal scholarship. In addition to publishing on the Santa Clara Journal of International Law’s website, articles are also submitted to HeinOnline, LexisNexis, and Westlaw electronic database queries.
All submissions should be made electronically through Scholastica and must include an article of twenty to forty pages in length, double spaced, including a minimum of 115 footnotes and abstract. The Work must contain sufficient legal analysis on a legal topic of the Author’s choice.
