Submission Details: We invite submissions on any legal topic, with a preference for timely and innovative issues. Authors can expect a thorough and transparent editing process that respects their unique voice. Please note our submission guidelines:
- Articles should be between 15,000 and 20,000 words, excluding endnotes.
- Bluebook citation format is preferred.
- Please attach a CV with your email submission.
Topics of Interest: While we welcome submissions across all legal domains, we are particularly interested in the following topics:
- Intellectual Property
- Education Law
- Criminal Law
- Maryland or East Coast legal issues
- Mass Tort Law
- The Business of Law
- Proposed Policy Changes
We prioritize submissions that offer detailed analyses and innovative perspectives.
