About
The Journal of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Crimes (JCACC) is the flagship corporate law journal of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. It is one of the few student run journals in India that is dedicated to corporate law and the first one to cater to the area of corporate crimes.
Who Should Contribute?
Undergraduate students, post graduate students, practitioners, faculty and academicians may contribute in the form of essays, articles, notes and comments.
The papers must address contemporary, theoretical and conceptual controversies in the area of corporate law and corporate crimes.
Deadline
The last date for submission of papers is 19th July 2018
Nature of Contributions
Articles (4,000-5,000)
Articles must be a comprehensive study of the existing literature on a subject. It typically identifies a specific issue and attempts to suggest potential solutions to address the issue.
Essays (3,000-5,000 words)
Essays are a concise form of argument that provide a fresh perspective to common problems.
Notes (max. 2500 words)
Notes are brief arguments that highlight a new debate or controversy on the interpretation or implementation of the law. Authors must identify a relevant contemporary issue and offer a solution to the same.
Comments (max. 2500 words)
Comments can critique any recent/landmark judicial decisions or any recent/ landmark bills or legislations before the Parliament or State Legislature.
