The St. Thomas Law Review is pleased to invite students, scholars, and practitioners to contribute to the Fall 2024 Issue of Volume 37. This issue aims to shed light on recent developments, challenges, and opportunities in the legal landscape, providing a platform for scholars, practitioners, and researchers to contribute to the ongoing discourse in this dynamic field.
We welcome original, high-quality research papers, review articles, case studies, student notes, and other scholarly contributions that cover a broad spectrum of topics without restriction. Submissions should demonstrate novelty, technical rigor, and practical relevance.
