Florida A&M University Law Review is now accepting Articles, Student Notes, Comments, and Essay's for its Spring 2020 journal. The Spring 2020 journal will be going back to the basics and will be dedicated to producing and publishing work of authors that seeks to address constitutional issues and issues of statutory interpretation, as well as circuit splits. Articles that involve circuit splits create a particularly unique opportunity not only for legal scholars to showcase their creativity, but are also manifestly crucial to the legal community by providing solutions and guidance when addressing the same issues before the court.
