The Notre Dame Law School's Journal of International & Comparative Law is currently accepting submissions for potential publication in Volume 7’s Spring 2017 issue. The Journal of International & Comparative Law provides a forum for discussion of international, comparative, and human rights law.
For the Spring 2017 issue, the Journal of International & Comparative Law will focus on publishing scholarship related to intellectual property law. Although all submissions will be considered as part of the selection process, those submissions that focus on intellectual property law will be given stronger consideration.
The Journal of International & Comparative Law accepts articles and abstracts for consideration from practitioners, clerks, and law school faculty members. The Journal considers submissions on a rolling basis.
The Journal of International & Comparative Law respectfully requests that authors please use footnotes and editing practices as outlined in the submission guidelines, which are available under the "For Authors" section of the Journal’s profile. All footnotes should conform to the 20th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
For more information regarding submissions, please contact Liam Reilly, Executive Articles Editor, at rreilly2@nd.edu.
