IP Theory at Indiana University Maurer School of Law is currently considering submissions for publication in our Spring 2024 Volume 14: Issue 2.
We are specifically interested in publishing scholarly work on design patent law. If you are looking to submit a paper concerning design patents, IP Theory will give your work priority.

IP Theory is a forum for essays and opinion pieces relating to Intellectual Property law, technology, and data privacy. Our publications tend to be more concise than typical law review articles. While we do not have a word requirement, most pieces generally contain at least 3000 words. We also publish book and other literature reviews for works in IP and other allied fields. IP Theory provides authors with a variety of formats to provide commentary, present research, and inform the IP community about developments in the law and legal practice.
If you have any questions or would like to indicate your intent to submit an article to be considered for publication, please feel free to submit to our Scholastica page.
