The University of La Verne Law Review seeks submissions from legal scholars and professionals for our 2023-2024 publication. The La Verne Law Review's mission is to provide a forum dedicated to developing well-researched, analytical, and scholarly knowledge that will aid in the development of the legal field among legal scholars and professionals. We are not currently accepting student-written submissions. We will consider all articles regardless of the area of concern.

For any submissions, we ask that you adhere to the following requirements:

1) Submissions should be under 30,000 words, including footnotes.

2) Footnotes should adhere to the guidelines in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020).

If you are interested in submitting your article, you may do so via Scholastica or by emailing our Editor-in-Chief, Jacob Updegrove, at jacob_updegrove@laverne.edu. The method of submission is not considered during the review of the articles.

We look forward to reading your submissions!

I am having trouble sending emails to the editor-in-chief. I've made several attempts, but every time I send an email, a delivery status notification arrives that reads, "(Message not delivered) Your message couldn't be delivered to jacob_updegrove@laverne.edu because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information." I kindly urge you to fix the issue.
