We do not have a specified theme for our fall journal. However, our spring journal will be geared toward indigenous communities and their rights to land. Specifically, how states have failed to recognize and/or protect these rights.
Thanks for your very prompt response. The Indian Supreme Court has very recently delivered one of the most landmark judgments on the individual's constitutional and fundamental right to privacy.
Will an article analyzing it's impact on various intersections of different laws as well as practical implementation of government measures (social security and several others) in India be a theme which the Journal might consider ? Thanks once again
