The Buffalo Law Review is excited to invite authors to exclusively submit articles for an expedited decision by July 12, 2022. Articles submitted from July 1-8, 2022 will receive a guaranteed publication decision by July 12, 2022.
Authors submitting to Buffalo Law Review during the Exclusive Submissions Window should not submit the manuscript elsewhere during that time, and also commit to publish the manuscript in the Buffalo Law Review if accepted before July 13, 2022.
All those authors interested should use the Scholastica platform and in the submission include the: completed article manuscript in Bluebook form, CV, and cover letter. The Review will conduct all communication, including publication decisions, through Scholastica and authors are invited to use it to communicate with the Review.
