BHRLR invites the legal community (practitioners and scholars) to submit manuscripts to be considered for our 30th Volume. We focus on the interdisciplinary study of human rights law, both domestically and internationally.
This year, we celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which seeks to advance the fundamental rights inherent to human dignity, freedom, and self-actualization. Additionally, we celebrate the late Hon. Thomas “Tom” Buergenthal who served on the International Court of Justice, the Inter-American Court of Justice, and the United Nations Human Rights Committee.
