The Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law is #4 in Commercial and Competition Law and #5 in Banking, Finance and Insurance Law according to the W&L Law Journal Rankings 2023 compiled by Washington and Lee School of Law.
Publishing 2 issues per year as a student run business law journal, BJCFCL specializes in corporate, financial and commercial law subjects, including securities and bankruptcy law.
Manuscripts can be submitted electronically through Scholastica or emailed to the Journal at corplj@brooklaw.edu. Manuscripts must be typed, double spaced, and in Microsoft Word format, with footnotes rather than endnotes. Authors must include a copy of their current resume or curriculum vitae.
