Baku State University Law Review is a student-run and peer-reviewed academic journal. It is a publication of the Student Academic Society of Baku State University Law School, which promotes a professional approach to contemporary legal issues in national and comparative law at the academic level.
Baku State University Law Review is also published in HeinOnline and Scopus, ensuring the widest possible dissemination and recognition of your research.
Clarifying debatable issues with the induction of theoretical concepts, judicial and legislation practice of foreign countries, promulgating legal criticism skills, creative thinking, and legal culture in both academic and practical spheres are fundamental principles of the Review.
