The American Journal of Criminal Law,
in partnership with the Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and
Law, is seeking articles for its spring symposium issue. The symposium, “Frontiers
of Cybersecurity Policy and Law” brings together scholars, technologists,
government officials and privacy advocates to discuss four topics: the “going
dark” encryption debate; the evolving regulatory environment for the
security-research sector, prospects for private entities to engage in “active
defense” of their networks, and botnet takedowns. Articles should address contemporary
issues related to cybercrime and cybersecurity. More information about the
Symposium can be found on the Journal’s website under the Symposium section.
