The Journal publishes well-written articles on current issues that advocate well-reasoned public policy arguments. We encourage submissions from all disciplines and welcome all viewpoints. It is the express policy of the Editorial Board βto publish good articles, regardless of the source.β However, the public policy argument must be central and clear. In addition, the Journal encourages timely responses to articles it publishes, thereby furthering both public policy debate and bona fide dialogue.
The Journal Online embraces these same tenets, but understands that public policy moves at a rapid pace. Because of this, the Journal Online features high-quality but shorter works to timely address emerging issues. Where the print edition of the Journal fleshes out the conversation, the Journal Online starts the conversation.
You may submit manuscripts to the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy via Scholastica or by email to the Journal's Managing Editor, Ariel Rhines at kulawjournal@ku.edu.
